1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, sign-in identifiers, optional profile fields), the projects you submit (name, description, links, logo, screenshots), votes, comments, saves, and support messages with any attachments. Payment confirmation and subscription status come from Stripe; we never receive full card numbers.
2. Clicks and analytics
We count clicks on listings so owners can see how they perform. Clicks are stored with a hashed IP for de-duplication, never as a browsing profile. Outbound links carry UTM parameters so owners can recognise launchwall traffic.
3. How we use it
To run your account and listings, process payments and cancellations, show analytics, answer support, send milestone and billing emails, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
4. Providers
Stripe for payments, a Postgres database host, object storage for images, and an email provider for transactional mail. Each only receives what it needs.
5. Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
6. Public information
Project details, your display name, username, and comments are public by design. Your email and billing details are never shown.
7. Retention
Account data stays while your account exists. Listing data is kept while live and for a short period after so it can be restored. Billing records are kept as tax law requires.
8. Your rights
Edit your profile and projects from the dashboard. To request a copy or deletion of your data, or to stop update emails, use the support form or the unsubscribe link in any email.
