1. What launchwall is
launchwall is a public directory where builders submit products, vote, comment, and can rent tiles on a 100×100 wall or time-limited featured slots. A listing is advertising space, not an endorsement, review, or verification of any product.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 to use launchwall and old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to buy anything. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of what you submit, and everything done under your login.
3. Billing
Tiles larger than 1×1 are recurring subscriptions billed per tile, currently $10 per tile per month or $100 per tile per year. Featured slots are one-off purchases for a fixed duration and do not renew. Stripe processes all payments; we never see or store card details. Prices are in USD and exclude tax unless stated at checkout.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any subscription from your dashboard. Your tiles stay live until the end of the period already paid, then are released. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, or where we remove a compliant listing for our own reasons, in which case we refund the unused portion.
5. Acceptable content
Do not list or link to illegal content, malware, scams, adult material, gambling, hate speech, infringing content, impersonation, parked domains, or misleading claims. Do not scrape, spam, inflate clicks, or interfere with analytics.
6. Moderation
We may review, reject, move, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, with or without notice. Listings removed for breaching these terms are not refunded.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your logo and content. You grant launchwall a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, resize, and display it to run the service and to show it in launchwall marketing.
8. No guarantees
We make no promise about impressions, clicks, sign-ups, revenue, or SEO value. Click counts are guidance only and may include duplicates or bots. The service is provided as is, without an uptime commitment.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, launchwall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the event.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect on your next renewal or continued use. Questions go through the support form.
